Voice Actor May Have Accidentally Confirmed ‘Xenoblade Chronicles 3’ During Interview – International Business Times

The voice actor also said she thought another game was being developed. Later, she admitted to being unsure if she was even allowed to say that.

While this could be a slipup, it should not be interpreted as an official confirmation that “Xenoblade Chronicles 3” is indeed in development. There is a chance that the voice actress was just mistaken. It is also possible that Monolith Soft initially planned to develop the game but later changed its mind.

However, the odds of a new series installment seem likely, given the franchise’s growing popularity. Additionally, it has been a tremendous financial success not only for Monolith Soft but also for Nintendo.

Rumors about “Xenoblade Chronicles 3” started to pop up online in the first quarter of this year. It began when longtime “Xenoblade Chronicles” composer Yasunori Mitsuda mentioned he was preparing for a huge recording session that would take place in April. He also noted the project would feature his biggest work in years.

Fans quickly assumed the composer would work on “Xenoblade Chronicles 3.” It was later revealed that Mitsuda’s composition would be performed by ACE, a band that had previously worked on various Nintendo projects, including “Xenoblade Chronicles” and “Xenoblade Chronicles 2.”

“Xenoblade Chronicles” is a popular action role-playing games series developed by Monolith Soft and published by Nintendo. The game is exclusively available on Nintendo gaming systems. Its latest installment, “Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition,” was released last year.
