Redditor MXHombre123, a notorious leaker and rumour-monger, recently suggested that a composer’s schedule has hinted at Xenoblade Chronicles 3.
ADVENTURE – Despite its’ narrative focus, there’s still a lot to explore
Yasunori Mitsuda is reportedly working on a “large scale recording” in April. Although he is known for other projects, the last major project he did work on was Xenoblade Chronicles 2.
There is little to no news about whether Xenoblade Chronicles 3 would follow the narrative work laid out by the recent Xenoblade title. It could introduce another set of characters and a new setting.
However, it might not. Even if it did, there’s no reason why Mitsuda’s work couldn’t be applied to the next title in the series.

Mitsuda is also known for his work on the Chrono series and a number of smaller titles.
